Perry Stahlman
Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration
Perry has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently Perry served as Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities for Spheris, an outsource provider of clinical documentation services and technology, until its acquisition by MedQuist. Previously, he had served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for MedifaxEDI, and in various HR roles over a 23-year stint with HCA, in both their domestic and international operations.
Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, certification at the senior level from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and has held leadership positions in numerous advisory boards, councils, and professional associations over the years.
Susan Baker
Director, Human Resources
Susan brings over 22 years of healthcare and human resource experience, having been with Healthcare Management Resources/Xtensia and Vendell Healthcare prior to Meridian. Susan's responsibilities include employee relations, policies and procedures, employee benefits, as well as, ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws. She graduated summa cum laude from Volunteer State Community College with an Associates Degree in General Business Administration.
